By using magnetly.ai, submitting a form, requesting an audit, joining the waitlist, or using the beta service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
What Magnetly provides
Magnetly provides AI-assisted marketing audits, positioning analysis, channel recommendations, campaign planning, content workflows, and related beta features for B2B SaaS founders. The public audit and beta outputs are informational business tools, not legal, financial, tax, or professional advice.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact and product information when submitting forms.
- Use the service only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with applicable advertising, privacy, email, and platform rules.
- Do not submit malicious code, attempt to overload public endpoints, bypass rate limits, scrape the service excessively, or interfere with security controls.
- Review any marketing output before using it publicly, especially claims about your product, customers, pricing, compliance, and performance.
Beta service and availability
Magnetly may be offered as a closed beta or early access product. Features may change, pause, or be removed at any time. We may limit access, rate-limit requests, or decline usage that creates security, legal, operational, or reputational risk.
No guarantees
The service is provided as is and as available. Magnetly does not guarantee specific marketing results, revenue, CAC, conversion rates, rankings, model citations, ad performance, availability, or error-free operation. Forecasts and recommendations are estimates based on available inputs and may be wrong.
Spend approval and third-party platforms
Where paid marketing workflows are available, you remain responsible for budgets, approvals, campaign claims, targeting, and compliance with third-party platform terms. Magnetly should not move ad spend without the approvals required by the product flow, but you are responsible for monitoring connected accounts and revoking access if needed.
Intellectual property
Magnetly, its software, website, brand, design, models, workflows, and documentation are owned by Magnetly or its licensors. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you may use outputs generated for your submitted business internally and in your own marketing. You retain ownership of product information and content you submit, and you grant Magnetly the rights needed to operate, secure, improve, and provide the service.
Privacy
Our handling of email, UTM parameters, referral data, cookies, audit submissions, and related measurement data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Magnetly will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, ad spend losses, or reputational harm arising from use of the service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Magnetly's total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of USD $100 or the amount you paid Magnetly for the service in the three months before the claim.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the product changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
